History and Foundation:

The Christian Church Peniel Ciudad Arce began on September 14, 2019, with initial meetings of six people in dimly lit facilities. Subsequently, in partnership with CAPUCOM, S.A. de C.V., English classes were implemented in the community, initially benefiting 60 people. Additionally, a soccer team was formed with seven young people who participated in a tournament in Santa Tecla, resulting in the acceptance of Jesus Christ by some individuals.

Child Welfare Center and Education:

The church has a Child Welfare Center (CBI) supported by ISNA, an institution currently called Instituto Crecer Juntos. This center benefits 25 families who also attend the church, employing three part-time educators who provide valuable service to the community through the Basic Instruction Center (CBI).

Services and Nutrition:

Nutrition is provided at the headquarters for more than 25 children, offering over 1,100 monthly meals, including healthy breakfasts and snacks. Additionally, the health unit conducts medical campaigns for the children of the CBI.

Youth Ministry and Community Activities:

The church has a youth ministry called Gospel 24/7, committed to taking action for the community, fostering the desire to give a testimony of faith and goodwill.

Land Acquisition and Expansion Project:

The church envisions acquiring land to provide additional services, such as the Getsemaní School headquarters in Ciudad Arce. Significant progress has been made with the Ministry of Education to enable the school, providing educational continuity for children who graduate from the CBI at the age of 7. The land acquisition will also allow for a fixed space to conduct church services, as they currently take place in the facility's hallway. There are plans to establish a space for Peniel Academy with the goal of making it self-sustainable and providing opportunities for the people in the community.
