It has been called the PENIEL MODEL - SOCIAL TRANSFORMATION MODEL, with the approach of VIRTUOUS CIRCLES and premises that make it a SELF-SUSTAINABLE MODEL, they carry out territorial use that involves managing, promoting and achieving affirmative actions to cause a positive impact on the community from different areas. .

The Peniel Model is supported by three components, which at the same time provide support to other elements that are articulated for its success: Established structures, Community Development and the Strategic Alliances of Angel partners that support and promote this ministry.

With a career spanning more than 35 years as a pastor, he is a family man and has been married for more than 40 years.

He is the founder of 15 churches (as of 2025), 7 schools, 5 kindergartens, 2 Bible institutes, 3 vocational training centers, and 7 companies in different fields. A professor at the Hispanic Baptist Seminary of Northern California and 4 national seminaries, he is a pastor with a degree from the Assemblies of God and the Baptist Seminary. He holds a bachelor's and master's degree in business administration and a doctorate in church administration. He is a certified professor at the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology (MINEDUCYT), certified coach, and NLP partitioner.
