It has been called the PENIEL MODEL - SOCIAL TRANSFORMATION MODEL, with the approach of VIRTUOUS CIRCLES and premises that make it a SELF-SUSTAINABLE MODEL, they carry out territorial use that involves managing, promoting and achieving affirmative actions to cause a positive impact on the community from different areas. .
